Nurture is run by Servify Studios (“we”), based in Barcelona, Spain. This policy explains what data Nurture uses, why, and what control you have. If anything is unclear, write to info@servifystudios.com.
Nurture is used by coaches we work with (“coaches”). Each coach sees only their own data. Servify Studios staff can open a coach’s Nurture to help them, for example to set it up or to draft an email for the coach to review.
When a coach clicks “Connect Gmail”, Nurture asks Google for two things: the coach’s email address, and permission to send email on their behalf (the gmail.send scope).
Nurture’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Only to run Nurture for the coach: to show them who they’ve talked to and who is engaging with them, to keep their notes and tasks, and to send the emails they choose to send. We process coach data to provide the service they signed up for, and data about the people around a coach on the basis of the coach’s legitimate interest in keeping in touch with people who have engaged with them.
We use these services to run Nurture, each only for its part:
As long as the coach uses Nurture. When a coach stops, we delete their data within 30 days of their request, or of the end of our work together.
Coaches, and anyone whose details appear in a coach’s Nurture, can ask us to see, correct or delete their data, or object to its use, by writing to info@servifystudios.com. Anyone who gets an “I Thought of You” email can reply to the coach to stop getting them; the coach can mark them so they don’t get any more. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, Gmail tokens are encrypted, and each coach can only open their own data with their own password.
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and tell coaches about important changes.
