For coaches whose clients come from conversations, not ads
Nurture reads your calendar and the likes and comments on your LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook posts. It keeps one list of every person you’ve talked to, and every week it tells you who to get back in touch with and why.
Ask for access Nurture is invite-only while we run it with a small group of coaches.Commented on your post on Tuesday. You last spoke on 16 July.
You had a discovery call on 16 June and haven’t been in touch since.
Liked 3 of your posts this month.
No new habits to build. It works from the calendar and social media you already use.
Guests from your calendar and anyone who likes or comments on your posts become one contact each, even when the same person shows up on LinkedIn and in a calendar invite.
A like counts 1, a comment 3, a meeting 10 and a booked meeting 15, and older activity counts for less. The people warming up rise to the top.
Name your calls the way you already do, like “Coaching session: Ana”. Nurture sees who had a discovery call and who became a client, and moves them along.
Seen an article or a talk that made you think of a few people? Write it once. Each of them gets their own email from your Gmail, with their name in it. Nobody gets two within 14 days.
You meet people at events, on calls and in your comments. A month later you can’t remember who was interested, and they’ve moved on.
It gathers everyone from your calendar and your posts, keeps your notes on each person, and every week picks the few worth a message.
You follow up while the conversation is still warm, so people who were “not yet” come back to you when they’re ready.
Coaches who run one-to-one coaching, group programmes, or both, and who find clients through talking to people: discovery calls, LinkedIn, workshops, events and referrals.
If most of your clients come from paid ads or a sales team that works the leads for you, Nurture isn’t built for you.
Write to us and tell us a little about how you find clients. We’ll set it up with your calendar and social media accounts.
